We offer a 30-day return for all products on our website (excluding items discounted by 30% or more). This return begins upon delivery of your package.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or receive a damaged item, please contact us.
Return Criteria and Conditions:
- We accept returns for size exchanges.
- Exchanges are only permitted for the same item in alternative sizes.
- Items must be unwashed and not exposed to a dryer.
- Items containing animal or human hair may be denied.
- Items with glitter, powder, skin cells, or other substances may be denied.
- Items with pilling may be denied.
- Items with strong odors such as smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or stains, such as deodorant, will not be accepted.
- Items included tags, which must be attached for the return to be accepted.
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date may be denied. Please contact us if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
- If your return is denied, you will be notified via email, and your order will be reshipped within 2 Weeks.
Can sale items be returned?
Items discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. Items discounted less than 30% are eligible for exchange within our 30-day return period.
